Standard Return Conditions
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be in new, unused condition
- Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components
- If the product being returned included a promotional or free item (such as a battery strap), that item must be included in the return package.
- Be free from damage caused by misuse, modification, installation errors, crashes, or normal wear and tear
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase, any product bought from another store will not be accepted.
- Warranty seal(s) need to be intact on the packaging.
Anything beyond (30) days of delivery will NOT be eligible for return. If the product(s) received have been opened, used or damaged, no return options will be offered. If the item is in brand new condition but requires to be repackaged, a (15%) restocking fee will be applied. The shipping cost for any unwanted product will not be refunded by ESH (It is recommended to choose a return shipping method with tracking).
For returns on New and Unused Product, we require that items are brand new with no signs of use. Packaging needs to be undamaged and fully intact and contain included accessories, cables, batteries, manuals, etc.
Echo Six Hobbies offers a return policy on all equipment, starting from the date the product was delivered to the customer. Please refer to the product types section for the specific product policy and applicable return window.
Method of Refund:
Refunds are granted through two use cases that are determined in conversation between the customer and ESH Customer Service Representative.

Store Credit: Returns can be compensated through store credit, to which the customer can apply to future purchases.

Refund: If the customer prefers a refund over store credit issuance, then the customer must speak to a customer service representative and make it known before the store credit is issued. In these situations where the customer service representative and customer come to an agreement, a monetary refund will be granted. The agreed refunds are issued to the original payment method of the order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened software, digital products, or downloadable content
- Gift cards
- Clearance, closeout, or final sale items
- Custom, special-order, or personalized products
- Products showing signs of use, assembly, installation, modification, or damage
- Batteries, adhesives, paints, chemicals, lubricants, and consumable products once opened
- Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, accidents, or crashes
Opening or using the product voids the eligibility for return. Items that have been opened, programmed, glued, adjusted, or tampered with from the original condition upon arrival will not be accepted.
In the case that the item(s) is returned, and the condition is not in New and Unused or included accessories are missing, the return will not be completed, and the item(s) will be returned to the customer.
Exchanges
We gladly exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for:
- Defective merchandise
- Incorrect items shipped
- Manufacturer defects
If you need a different size, color, or product variation, please contact us before returning your item to confirm availability.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
We will review your claim and provide instructions for replacement, exchange, or refund when applicable.
Return Authorization Required
Return Request: To request a return, you must reach out to our customer service representatives at support@echosixhobbies.com. If accepted, a return label with an RMA number will be sent.
Unwanted Product(s): If the product being returned is new and unwanted, the customer is responsible for arranging shipping for the return, including any costs associated with shipping fees. Tracking is not required when returning new and unwanted items, but it is strongly recommended. Echo Six Hobbies is not responsible for the loss or damage of merchandise through the shipping process.
Defective Items: If the item you have received is defective upon arrival, contact us immediately at support@echosixhobbies.com. On the initial email, please provide photos/videos of your product, a detailed description of the issue, and a description of what you have done to try and fix it (if applicable). For returned merchandise found to be genuinely defective, Echo Six Hobbies will ship out a replacement free of charge.
Before returning any item, please contact our Customer Support Team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Echo Six Hobbies is not responsible for returns sent before authorization from a customer service representative. RMA numbers expire 30 days after the date of issuance. If the RMA number reaches the 30-day expiration date before the product is returned, a new RMA will not be issued for the same order.
Returns received without prior authorization may be refused.
Return Package: The customer is responsible for making sure the item(s) being returned is securely packaged to avoid damage. Echo Six Hobbies is not responsible for damage during the return process and will deny a return if the product is damaged in transit to our facility.

Return Shipping
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was shipped
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is confirmed defective under warranty
Return Arrival: Please allow 3-5 business days for processing once your return arrives at our facility. Items requiring extensive testing could take up to 7-14 business days.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number: The issued RMA slip must be included inside the returned package.
Product Inspection: Echo Six Hobbies reserves the right to exchange, replace, or refund merchandise and not refund money if we deem that the product has been misused or modified in any form.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items.
Echo Six Hobbies is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
Special-order and custom items may not be eligible for cancellation after processing begins.
Manufacturer Warranties
Many products sold by Echo Six Hobbies are covered by manufacturer warranties.
Warranty coverage, terms, and claim procedures vary by manufacturer.
Customers may be directed to the manufacturer for warranty service when applicable.
RC, Drone & Hobby Product Disclaimer
Radio control vehicles, aircraft, drones, electronics, and hobby products require proper assembly, operation, and maintenance.
Echo Six Hobbies cannot accept returns for:
- Crash damage
- Water damage
- Improper installation
- User modifications
- Improper programming or setup
- Normal wear and tear
Please carefully inspect products before use.
Product Types
General Accessories
Products not specifically listed, such as antennas, monitors, hardware, and general accessories are covered by a (30) day manufacture defect warranty. If a problem occurs from a defect in the product an exchange or store credit will be issued. ESH holds the right to refuse any products which have been deemed to be damaged by the customer and not related to a manufacturer issue.
FPV Cameras
First Person View (FPV) cameras are covered by a (30) day manufacturer defect warranty. The warranty does not cover damage from external forces, electrical fire, power surges, water damage, or tampering. Once approved, an exchange or store credit will be provided.
FPV Goggles
FPV goggles carry a (30) day warranty in the event of a manufacturer defect. The manufacturer's warranty does not cover any damage caused by drops, wear and tear, water damage, electrical damage, or damage caused by user alterations. Returns due to “bad fitment” are subject to (%15) restocking fee.
Flight Controllers / ESC / VTX
All flight controllers (FC), electronic speed controllers (ESC), video transmitters (VTX), power distribution boards (PDB), and similar electronic components are covered under a (15) day ESH warranty. These items are covered in the event of a manufacturer defect. This policy does not cover any of the following: user error, damage to the components upon install/dismantle, modifications, power surges, electrical fire, or water damage. (ESH strongly recommends testing all components for shorts before supplying power).
Motors / Servos
Motors and servos sold by ESH are covered by a (30) day warranty for manufacturer defects. If an issue occurs within (30) days; ESH will exchange the defective product. If the product is unavailable or has been discontinued, a store credit may be issued. Motors with physical damage, modifications, or general abuse will not be eligible to receive a credit and will be disposed of.
NOTE** Please check all motor screws for proper length before spinning up.
Ready-to-Fly
Ready-to-Fly drones built and sold by ESH carry a (15) day return policy. In the occurrence of a malfunction, ESH will repair or replace it with an original or similar model. If a replacement model is not available a store credit may be issued instead. ESH holds the right to refuse any return which shows signs of; modification, fire/water damage, electrical short, or general misuse. ESH recommends inspecting all RTF’s thoroughly before supplying battery power.
Batteries
All battery returns must be approved by ESH via an emailed image of defective battery to support@echosixhobbies.com. Upon approval please dispose of the damaged battery in a safe manner and the exchange or credit will be issued.
Overview of our return process
Request a Return/Exchange online or over the phone with an ESH Representative.
- Once accepted we will send you a return label if the returned product is defective. If the product is new and unwanted, you will need to arrange for return shipping to us. Tracking is not required when returning new and unwanted items but is recommended.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for processing once your order arrives at our facility. Items requiring extensive testing could take up to 7-14 business days.
- An exchange or credit will be issued to the customer once approved by an ESH representative.
