Description
The Estes E9-8 is a single stage engine designed for model rockets measuring under 8oz total weight (including rocket and engine). It can also be used as an upper stage engine for rockets using the Large (24 mm) engines.
The engine produces 30 N-s or enough impulse to move 30 kg, 1 m, in 1 sec.
Or it will launch an 8 oz rocket to about 1,000 ft.
This engine has an 8-second delay before deploying the parachute or streamer.
