Brushless Motor Platform

EMAX ECO II 3530

The EMAX ECO II 3530 is a tall, high-torque brushless outrunner for fixed-wing aircraft using 12- to 15-inch propellers. Four windings—280KV, 445KV, 520KV and 650KV—span 5S through 12S systems around a 12N14P architecture, M6 propeller shaft, 25 × 25mm four-M3 motor mount and supplied X-shaped firewall mount.

Four KV options. One 3530 platform.280KV: 12S / 15-inch prop445KV: 6S / 14–15-inch props520KV: 6S / 13–14-inch props650KV: 5S–6S / 12–14-inch props

03 / Construction

Tall outrunner architecture for sustained propeller load.

01 / SHAFT

Steel M6 Shaft

An 18mm-long CW-threaded M6 propeller interface uses a 6mm bearing shaft.

02 / ROTOR

Anodized Rotor Bell

The tall rigid outer bell surrounds a full-height 14-pole magnet ring.

03 / STATOR

12-Slot Wound Stator

Dense multi-strand copper windings form the fixed 12-slot stator.

04 / BEARING

Precision Bearing

Concentric bearing support promotes smooth rotation under sustained load.

05 / MOTOR MOUNT

Four-Hole Rear Base

The motor base uses exactly four M3 threaded holes on a 25 × 25mm pattern.

06 / CONNECTIONS

4mm Banana Plugs

Three 95mm enamelled leads terminate in male 4.0mm banana connectors.
